I have two vehicles; a Liberty blue Dodge pickup truck and a grey Mercedes sedan. Sounds kinda boring after, "Barcelona red and red, red, red!" The truck my son wrecked was mine and it was red! I do have an orange Kubota tractor for my garden and a green John Deere BO for parades! It is a southern thang!

We have two gray cars. My husband has a Pontiac Vibe that looks like an oversized roller skate. Didn't have a color choice on my rather new Suburu Outback. The one I had for four years went to my daughter and son in law since their lease was up and he was laid off from his job. I loved that color- a nice quiet green between olive and sage. It actually matched my eyes!!!
Red Chev.truck, silver Chrysler mini-van(sure not my favorite!),RED 71 Corvette,Hugger Orange 55 Chev. truck to go along with the orange Kubota tractor for yard work and MY green John Deere mowing tractor-the tractors are also a Lancaster County,PA thing,Margaret! The mini-van-I told my daughter I need a bumper sticker which reads"It may look like a mini-van, but I drive it like the Corvette"-she agreed I do!!!!
Thelma-didn't you once mention your husband is a street rodder? Ol Bill is too! He has a '31 Ford A Model, a WWII era Willys Jeep and 2 40-something red Dodge pickups with the flat black fenders. I drove the A Model (bright yellow) when I was pregnant with Wil. He was 10 lbs-24 1/2" so you can imagine how HUGE I was in that little car. I've tried not to ride in it since then! Makes me claustrophobic.
Bill collects old John Deere tractors, loaders and bulldozers. He gave me a loader for my anniversary once! ARRGGHH! He has 2 one-ton trucks and a low boy to haul his junk around. He has over 50 tractors of all colors--green, red, yellow and blue. With just a few exceptions, they are all antiques. He has a couple of three wheelers for whipping through the junk yard and I have a black and white golf cart. I am also looking for a plane--I don't care what color! I try not to drive any of his stuff. That just about covers everything on this hill except Bill's work truck and a decrepit old boat that I wouldn't get in on a dare! I am also looking for a small cart and harness for Emmie. She pulls like a small mule and I think she needs to pull her own weight around here!
Yes,Jake is a street rodder-the 55 chev truck is chopped. He has sold a few of his others-I know I will be "surprised" one of these days with something new! He has a good friend that owns a junk yard(salvage yard)-I call it the hangout-there is a bunch of guys meet there every Sat. and sometimes Sun. mornings!
I can understand why you avoid the Model-A! We had a 40's Wliiy's Army Jeep when I was pregnant with daughter(she was 9 lb.1 oz.) I never got to drive it,I wouldn't fit behind the wheel-I rode a lot though! I always drive anything we own, many times it was drive whatever or stay home so I adapted!
My son-in-law has a pregnant pony right now(new pony baby anytime,we can't wait). He drives her with the Mennonite buggy and spring wagon-I could arrange a buggy for you I am sure!!! That would be the talk of the town! He is not driving her-Sadie- right now until after baby and her healing time. The colt will be Katie's to raise and train-with Dad's help. Katie will not ride the pony right now because they had another pony about two years ago and it bucked when she was on it. She can drive the pony when it is hooked to the buggy,so they are hoping she and the colt can grow together and she will ride again! Dad loves horses and training them,so I am sure it will all work out. He is very good with horses and has lots of patience.
