Janyce Key donated this wonderful basket (hand made by Janyce) full of everything you need to make the perfect pancake breakfast! Includes the tea towel and rooster napkin ring. WOW!
Margaret Nunnery donated an Ivory Black Charger Plate lazy susan (hand-painted), an old world Santa plate, an hand-painted America tissue box cover and a quilted 12" appliqued riister block
You can click on the pictures to enlarge them for a better look.
You can bid on any of these items by sending me a bid authorizing me to bid, in your name, up to that amount. We will add shipping--no handling charge. Just like on eBay!
You can send me a bid by emailing me at nunnery8@bellsouth.net. The auction will be Saturday afternoon. Don't forget to check out the MB all day on Saturday for "Convention Questions" you can answer to win special donated gifts. My thanks to everyone who donated items for our auction.
Yippeee - I can just see the lazy susan on my kitchen table (and probably Bud the Cat will be turning in circles on top of it) Happy to have the basket = I have three baskets that a local friend made which I've purchased from my other collectible club auction each of the last three years. You know the old saying. One is an incident, two is a coincidence and three is a collection!
Did I happen to miss my total for auction and shipping of items? Hubby and grand-daughter have been on computer and they sometimes delete things! If not it is fine-but don't want to miss it! Thanks!
You will receive the items this week and they will have a total for you to send to Debbie Miller. Thanks for all the participation and enjoy your items!
You guys missed the boat by not bidding on Janyce's basket. I just received it and it is gorgeous! And BIG - a full 18" by 10" - and filled with lots of goodies. I might just cook up some pancakes (if my electric ever comes back on).
It looked really nice! No electric-did you get hit by storms? We had some really bad ones on Sat. night,I thought we may lose electric but luckily we did not!
Margaret, Did you happen to ship my pakage yet? No problem if you have not,but I live inn rural area and always am concerned that something could easily disappear. There have been a few daylight home burglaries in nearby areas recently. no rush but if you would let me know when you do ship I will have neighbor check for it if I am not around. Thanks!
