I have the following books for sale, shipping and insurance are extra:

Mattie Lou O'Kelley Folk Artist - this book contains a print of the Thanksgiving painting she did for Pfaltzgraff.  $15.

The Flowering of American Folk Art - the cover of this book is the Bird of Paradise quilt and it is pictured on page 275.  $15
